Thank you for taking interest in High Lifter and our website.  We welcome
your email and are glad to help you. However, due to the overwhelming amount
of email we get daily and the limited size of our staff, we are not always
able to respond to all messages.  (It is not unusual for one person to
receive 50 email questions in one day).

In order to serve you better, if you have a question that needs a response
from a staff member, please follow these general guidelines for sending
email to High Lifter that will help ensure an accurate and timely response
for you.

1. Please refrain from asking questions about products we do not sell or to
assist you in ATV selection.  There are many ATV models on the market to
choose from and each has it's own pros and cons.  Personal preference,
safety, size, brand loyalty, and riding style are the most important points
to remember when choosing your next quad.

2. We will also not be able to answer questions that are easily answered in
our Forum, Chat Room or Online Catalog.  Our Forum contains thousands of
posts that include discussions on most topics that answer 80% of the
questions we are routinely asked.  Visit our forum and perform a search,
using keywords from your question and you'll probably get an answer
instantly.

3. When sending your message, below, you will find a detailed job
description for everyone at High Lifter.  Please read these carefully and
make sure you are sending your message to the correct person.  The
descriptions are very specific and asking the wrong person may result in no
answer or a delayed response.

4. In general, we can only respond twice to one email topic.  If the
question requires more than this, please call to discuss over the phone.

6. Please be patient.  Please allow at least 2 or 3 days to receive a
response. Our staff members will respond as soon as they can.
